OUR HISTORY

With its 50-year history, our company has built a reputation as a reliable partner in road construction, combining tradition, experience, and innovation in every project.

1993

The company was transformed into a sole proprietorship owned by the state through the separation of activities and assets from the Plovdiv Regional Road Administration to the former General Road Administration (now the Road Infrastructure Agency).

The company was transformed into a single-shareholder state-owned company and included in the Mass Privatization Program.

100% of the company’s shares are privately owned.

The company has completed projects for the construction and rehabilitation of over 70 km of motorway, 100 km of reconstruction and rehabilitation of the national road network, and over 200 km of rehabilitation and repair of the street and municipal road network.

The company works on the largest road infrastructure projects in Bulgaria, including major roads and international transport corridors, such as the Trakia, Maritsa, and Hemus motorways, the Mezdra-Botevgrad high-speed road, and many others.

European Roads successfully implements projects under Transit Roads I, II, and III, the Operational Program “Transport,” the Operational Program “Transport and Transport Infrastructure 2014-2020,” the Operational Program “Regional Development,” the Operational Program “Regions in Growth,” the Agriculture Fund, and others.
